1. Pricing and Estimates

All pricing is based on current market rates for lumber, hardware, and other materials. Due to fluctuations in supply costs, all quotes are subject to change until a deposit is received and materials are secured. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but final pricing may vary slightly depending on material availability and project scope.

2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work and secure materials. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods and schedules will be outlined in your project agreement.

3. Custom Work and Variations

Each piece we create is custom-built and may vary slightly in color, grain, and finish due to the natural characteristics of wood. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted furniture.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Because all of our work is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution.

5. Repairs and Warranty

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If any issues arise with your piece, please contact us—we will do our very best to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Our goal is to make sure you have a piece you love and that reflects the care and quality we put into every project.

6. Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity of your custom products, we recommend wood care such as avoiding direct sunlight and and maintaining a stable indoor climate. Specific care instructions will be provided with your piece.
